Your Co-motion Team
What to Expect
The key to a successful partnership is collaboration. Open, transparent communication between our teams will ensure that we exceed expectations, meet your deadline, and stay within budget.
T&H Investments will need to identify a main point of contact for this project. This person will likely need to commit anywhere from 1 – 3 hours per week for most of the project.
Your main Co-motion contact will be Stacey McClure ([email protected]). All communications should be addressed to her with Jon McClure ([email protected]) and relevant T&H Investments team members included as a CC to keep everyone up-to-date on the status of the project.
Target launch date: July 1, 2022
Over the next six months, Co-motion will work alongside the T&H Investments team to complete the following scope of work.
Our process is very iterative. Each phase is built upon the approval of the last phase. We will ask for your formal sign off at the end of each phase. Once a particular phase is approved, it’s important that we don’t have to go backwards, as this will impact our timeline and budget. Throughout the process, thoughtful, decisive and timely approvals are essential to staying on time and on budget.
We’re excited to get started! Our next step is to gather information around your mission/vision, business objective and goals, and marketing needs using our brand strategy document. Any team member that will be involved in the brand development process should download, complete, and return the document below by Wednesday, January 5 to Stacey McClure ([email protected]). Once complete, we can schedule a time to come together as a team and review your answers.
